PEOPLE ON THE MOVE




        • Paul E. Schwarz has joined Adams, Stepner, Woltermann & Dusing P.L.L.C. as an associate. Mr. Schwarz is an experienced lawyer in the areas of estate planning, business entities and succession planning, corporate, taxation and probate. He received his bachelor's from the University of Cincinnati and his law degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law.

        • Christopher H. Honigman has been appointed vice president of sales for the East and Midwest regions of Broadwing Inc., newly formed company created from the merger of Cincinnati Bell Inc. and IXC Communications.

        • Debbie Korcykoski has been named local media director at Empower Media Marketing.

        • The following have joined Sibcy Cline Realtors as specialized real estate sales associates: Ellen Howe, Fairfield office, and Donovan R. Riggins, West Chester office. Alan Guiducci has joined the Western Hills office as residential real estate specialist.

        • Mary L. Rinaldi has been named assistant vice president at Fifth Third Bank.

        • Shawn L. Fishbaugh has joined Bartlett & Co. as equity analyst for health-care and consumer companies.

        • Gareth Y. Hudson has been appointed chief operating officer of Mercury Instruments Inc., manufacturer of instrumentation for the natural gas industry. Mr. Hudson has served as the company's president for the past three years. He graduated from Amherst College in Massachusetts. Before working for Mercury Instruments, he was president of Wellsford Residential Property Management Corp. in Seattle.
