Brossart girls win 10th Region 'A' title

Junior guard Katie Schwegmann scored 29 points to lead Bishop Brossart to a 54-45 victory over St. Patrick in the "Class A' 10th Region title game Saturday.
It is the Mustangs' fourth straight 10th Region title.
Brossart trailed 13-10 after the first quarter.

Seventh-ranked Campbell County took a 26-25 lead late in the first half and never trailed the rest of the game.
Kevin Reinhardt led the Camels with 16 points, while Jeremy Wilson chipped in with 12.
CovCath's Steve Purdon led all scorers with 21 points.
