        • TV Picks: Prepare for a night of chilling television on PBS: Nova's “Lost on Everest” expedition to find the body of 1924 explorer George Mallory (9 p.m., Channels 48, 54, 16), and Frontline's “The Killer at Thurston High” (10-11:30 p.m.), a comprehensive profile of Kip Kinkel, who killed his parents and two students in 1998 when he was 15. The film includes parts of his hysterical confession to police and comments from his sister and classmates.

        • And TV Critic John Kiesewetter says Amy's (Amy Brenneman) divorce turns ugly over visitation rights on Judging Amy (10 p.m., Channels 12, 7).

        • Web site of the day: Parents looking to check out their newborn's astrological chart now have a lightning quick way to do it. AstroBaby.com, a Website run by celebrity French astrologer Meredith Duquesne, is up, running and full of insights into a baby's personality and potential, based on the position of the stars at the moment of birth. Visits and a minichart are are free; detailed charts are $29.95.
