Alex Sanders scored a career-high 33 points and Tremaine Fowlkes added 18 to lead the Cincinnati Stuff to a 96-90 victory over the San Diego Stingrays Wednesday night before a crowd of 1,981 at the Firstar Center.

“I had a little slump in the first five or six games of the season, but my teammates kept believing in me,” Sanders, a 6-foot-7 forward, said.

Sanders has reached double figures in 17 consecutive games. His previous career high was 24 points.
