STAYING IN
TV picks: It's a hot time in the old town tonight on That '70s Show, when Jackie's (Mila Kunis) house catches fire during a party, as the Fox sitcom moves to a new night for sweeps (8 p.m., Channels 19, 45).
And TV Critic John Kiesewetter says Georgia (Courtney Thorne-Smith) sues the Cage/Fish & Associates law firm on Ally McBeal (9 p.m., Channels 19, 45), claiming the finger-sucking and unisex bathroom led to Billy's (Gil Bellows) breakdown and the dissolution of their marriage.
Web site of the day: The most famous dieter of recent weeks has to be Monica Lewinsky, whose 31-pound loss is being credited for cash to the Jenny Craig diet centers. She may be in all the news, but she doesn't seem to be in evidence at the Jenny Craig Web site (www.jennycraig.com), reports the Philadelphia Inquirer. Still, her handbags, as seen in the Barbara Walters interview, remain for sale at therealmonicainc.com.
BRAND SPANKIN' NEW
Pet crazy: Your dog or cat would probably be just as happy with more food, but the folks at CraZy Pet of Azusa, Calif., contend pets will know you love them this Valentine's Day if you feed them in a heart-shaped bowl. Love Bowls, available in blue, green and hot-pink plastic, are dishwasher safe. They're 3 inches deep and $4.50 each from (800) 433-7387.
