        • Michael Mauer has been named firm director of the Cincinnati office of Deloitte & Touche LLP. He is the southern Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana enterprise risk services co-sourcing internal audit practice leader. He joined the company in 1996. He earned a bachelor's degree and a master's degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

        • Thomas D. Yannessa has joined Crown Trophy, operated by Clovernook Center for the Blind, as store manager.

        • Keith M. Rabenold has been named a partner in the law firm of Kohnen & Patton LLP.

        • Tom Brown has joined Groundmasters Inc., landscape management firm, as corporate sales consultant.

        • Philip S. Forbes has joined Groves Funding Group, a retail mortgage broker, as senior lending officer.

        • Dr. Mindy P. Stern has joined the pediatric practice of Summit Medical Group's Crestview Hills office.

        • Thomas Gibbons has been named senior vice president in the corporate banking division of Firstar Bank.

        • Lisa Benzinger Atkins has joined Bertke & Sparks Inc., certified public accountants and business advisers, as senior accountant.

        • Christopher James Calvert has been named manager in the tax and business advisory practice at Arthur Andersen, Cincinnati office. Mr. Calvert joined the company in 1997. He received a bachelor's degree from Miami University and a law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. His area of expertise is federal business services.
