PEOPLE ON THE MOVE




        • Liese M. Hoover has joined Freedman, Gibson & White Inc., a marketing communications firm, as account supervisor. Ms. Hoover will also be responsible for strategic planning and brand development for the firm's clients. She previously was account manager at Northlich Stolley LaWarre. She is a graduate of Miami University.

        • Tom Ciepichal has been appointed director of operations at OPW Fueling Components, a Dover Resources Co.

        • J. Theodore Holmes has been named vice president, customer service, at AK Steel; Ernest E. Rummler Jr., vice president, manufacturing planning and steel sourcing; and James L. Wainscott, senior vice president, treasurer and chief financial officer.

        • Stephen L. Robertson has been named executive vice president of operations for the information management group at Convergys Corp.

        • Jim Richards has joined Blue Chip Broadcasting as general sales manager of WIZF-FM (100.9) in the Cincinnati market.

        • Jeanne Helmkamp has joined Deskey Associates Inc. as administrative assistant.

        • Sandra Zimmerman has been named assistant vice president at Westwood Homestead Savings Bank.

        • Monika E. Royal has been named production manager at J. Malsh & Co., a marketing and communications firm. Ms. Royal assumes responsibility for supervision of the agency production staff and all vendors, project estimating and budgeting. She had worked for Lockheed-Martin as documentation specialist in the technology services division.
