Police seeking 2 men in robbery of Key Bank branch in Roselawn


Pair armed with handguns

        Police late Monday were searching for two armed men who robbed the Key Bank branch in Roselawn.

        The robbers, both armed with handguns, entered the bank at 7825 Reading Road at 9:12 a.m. Monday and ordered employees to the floor, police said. They said the robbers took an undetermined amount of cash and fled on foot.

        Police are looking for a two-door, silver 1980s-vintage Oldsmobile Cutlass Sierra with damage to the left-front fender and rear quarter panel and a broken left rear passenger window covered with plastic.

        One suspect was described by police as a black male in his early 20s, 5-foot-5 to 5-foot-8 inches tall, 140 to 160 pounds, with short dark hair, dark brown eyes and wearing a light gray hooded sweat shirt and a scarf over his face.

        The other suspect was described as a black male in his early 20s, 6-foot-1, 180 to 200 pounds, with short dark hair and dark brown eyes, wearing a a three-quarter-length dark blue or black hooded coat with a white logo over the left breast.

        Anyone with information is asked to contact the Cincinnati Police Division's homicide unit at 352-3542 or Crime Stoppers at 352-3040.
