Computer technician indicted on porn charges
A Lockland computer technician was indicted Tuesday on charges of storing child pornography on his computer.
Terry Rice, 27, faces up to three years in prison following his indictment on three counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material.
Prosecutors say the images found on the computer show girls performing sex acts with adults. They say the images were discovered on a computer disc that Mr. Rice sold to a fellow employee at PC On Call in Sharonville.
After installing the disc, prosecutors say, the employee found the nude images and reported them to his supervisor. When police searched Mr. Rice's home, they say they found similar images there on a disc and computer.
Hamilton County Prosecutor Mike Allen said the images apparently were downloaded from the Internet.
