Lady Surge play for district title

        The Cincinnati State women's basketball team plays host to Black Hawk College at 7 p.m. today in a National Junior College Athletic Association district championship game. The winner advances to the NJCAA national championship round March 14-18 in Salina, Kan.

        The Lady Surge (27-3) won the regular season and conference tournament titles of the Ohio Community College Athletic Conference and are champions of NJCAA Region XII.

        Moline, Ill.-based Black Hawk (21-10) won the NJCAA Region IV championship.
