St. Louis 93, Stuff 79
The Cincinnati Enquirer
ST. LOUIS Guard Marcus Bullard came off the bench to score a season-high 23 points and former NBA player Byron Houston added 19 as the St. Louis Swarm beat the Cincinnati Stuff 93-79 at the Family Arena in St. Louis on Thursday night.
With the victory, the Swarm improved to 33-12 on the season, while the Stuff fell to 30-12.
Tremaine Fowlkes led the Stuff with 27 points. Lenny Brown and Fred Williams, who signed with the Stuff on Wednesday, each came off the bench to score 12 points.
We got beat on the boards tonight and that was the difference in the game, Stuff coach Joby Wright said. They didn't allow us to get second-chance baskets and our inability to box out allowed them to do what they wanted in the lane.
