        • TV picks: Marian Kitt's life swirls with spookiness. She can sense ghosts; so can her new friends, in a group called The Others. Still, Marian (Julianne Nicholson) is also a typical college student. She'd really rather blend in. That seems to be happening tonight on The Others (9 p.m. Channels 5, 22). Her homework leads her to a sorority, where she quietly makes friends, until ... Well, until spooky things start. Like a good X-Files episode, this one has a solid explanation and a satisfying conclusion.
