Winter returns for a day
The Cincinnati Enquirer
Winter returns today with below-freezing temperatures, wind chill in the teens and - gulp - the possibility of snow.
It will be another strange one Saturday, said AccuWeather meteorologist Scott Homan, much like what you saw on Tuesday, when Great er Cincinnati experienced rain, sleet, hail and sunny skies within hours.
A low-pressure system out of Canada will send temperatures plunging from Minnesota and Wisconsin to Mississippi and Alabama.
Tristate temperatures will drop into the 30s by afternoon and into the 20s tonight.
Rain and snow showers are predicted throughout the day.
Sunday will bring some sunshine, with a high of 55. But temperatures will stay below normal into midweek.
