Library wins parking spaces
The Cincinnati Enquirer
LEBANON The tiny house behind the library is coming down.
The Lebanon Planning Commission voted 5-0 Tuesday night for Lebanon Public Library's plan to tear down the one-bedroom house at 118 S. Sycamore St.
... The vast majority of the building is of 1950s construction and therefore not historic in nature, the planning staff said.
The demolition will allow the library, at Broadway and Main Street, 42 parking spaces, up from 27. We think this would increase the parking enough for the next few years, said Tom O'Kelly, president of the library board.
