It was one of the county's oldest and most notorious unsolved murders: a 15-year-old cheerleader beaten to death in 1963. Prosecutors reopened the case late last year with new technology and new investigators. That finally led to charges Tuesday against Michael Wehrung, now a 52-year-old businessman.
