By Owen Findsen
The Cincinnati Enquirer
Every day through Oct. 31, the Enquirer is spotlighting a pig from the Big Pig Gig Public Art Project, which begins May 14 in downtown Cincinnati, Covington and Newport. Here's a look at:

Piggy Bank
Artist: Dale Lamson, 46, graphic designer, and the staff of Lamson Design, downtown.
Sponsor: Fifth Third Bank.
This pig's pen: Fountain Square.
You were inspired by: It was a collaborative effort between our design studio and the Fifth Third marketing department.
You want people to look at this pig and think: Save money.
Completing the project took: Three weeks.
Swine over matter: Exterior latex.
Your high on the hog was: It was so much fun, like being back in art school.
Pig peeve: Not doing my own pig, where I could just go wild.
Best pig tale: The rules wouldn't allow the Fifth Third Bank to put its name on the pig, so we had to be subtle to identify it. The dollar bill that wraps around the pig has the serial number 535353.
My favorite pork dish: Braised pork butt in milk with bay leaves.
What artistic movement most affected the outcome of this pig? Graphic design.
Do you consider this art or porkography? It's high on the hog art.
