        This pig's pen: TBA.

You were inspired by: “I saw Chicago's cows last summer, so I was hoping we could do something like that,” Ms. Lampe says.

You want people to look at this pig and think: “We have 501 students that represent 23 different nationalities. I guess we want people to think about the link between the school and the community.”

Completing the project took: “Each day we have a different group of students do their hand prints. We've been working on it for eight weeks.”

Swine over matter: “Exterior house paint in primary colors. So far blue is the dominant color.”

Your high on the hog was: “Everybody's involved. The teachers have pig pictures on their doors. They are doing math projects, reading projects and special programs built around pigs.”

Pig peeve: “I had to sand and prime it in the carpeted hallway outside the art room, so I had to clean up and vacuum after each work session.”

Best pig tale: “Every week somebody gives me a pig present: a pig note pad, a pig doorstop, something like that,” Ms. Lampe says.

This is the 11th in the series spotlighting a pig from the Big Pig Gig Public Art Project, which begins Sunday in downtown Cincinnati, Covington and Newport.
