Man accused of molesting boys

Indictment cites three boys' claims

By Sheila McLaughlin
The Cincinnati Enquirer

LEBANON — A 67-year-old Fairborn man was indicted Tuesday on charges that he lured three boys to the campgrounds at Caesar Creek State Park and molested them.

Albert Glenn, of the 200 block of High Street, is charged with four counts of corruption of a minor, two counts of sexual battery, a single count of rape and one count of misdemeanor sexual imposition. One case dates to 1993.

Warren County sheriff's detectives began investigating in April when the parents of a 15-year-old Fairborn boy told park rangers that Mr. Glenn had molested their son. Since then, two other boys have come forward with allegations that Mr. Glenn sexually abused them.

The semiretired gas station attendant was arrested April 7 after the 15-year-old said Mr. Glenn sodomized him and tried to perform oral sex on him after supplying him and another boy with beer at the campground.

Some of the charges against Mr. Glenn involve the second boy, whose age was not available. Another teen came forward after the arrest and said Mr. Glenn raped him in 1993 at Caesar Creek, sheriff's officials said.

Warren County Prosecutor Tim Oliver said all the alleged victims are under 18 and from the Fairborn area.

Authorities are tight-lipped about the investigation, and Mr. Oliver declined comment on whether police think there are more victims.

According to documents in Warren County Court, Mr. Glenn has a history of offenses with juveniles, including 10 counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Details of the incidents were not immediately available.
