        TV Critic John Kiesewetter says Dayton's WPTD-TV repeats Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (8-10 p.m., Channel 16), while Chevy Chase hosts another Great American History Quiz (8 p.m., History).

        Handy rewards: If you like to carry treats when your dog takes you for a walk, but you don't enjoy crumbs in your pockets, try the new Trek-N-Treat.
