COVINGTON — Police are looking for a second man thought to be involved in the death of Charles Lester Sherman, a transient whose body was found leaning against a retaining wall at 10th and Washington streets last October.

Police issued a warrant this week for Jesse James Garth, 47, of Cincinnati. He is 5-feet, 10-inches tall and weighs about 160 pounds.

Emanuel Coulter, 24, of Cincinnati is serving five years in prison for his role in the death and has agreed to help police locate others thought to be involved.

Police say Mr. Sherman's death was the result of a fight over drugs.

Anyone with information about Mr. Garth's whereabouts is asked to call 292-2222.
