By

SPRINGFIELD TOWNSHIP — A 19-year-old North College Hill man was arrested Friday in connection with a fire that caused about $25,000 damage to the clubhouse of the Brentwood Swim Club on Cottonwood Road.

Springfield Township Police said Andrew Cunningham, of the 6000 block of Hamilton Avenue, has been charged with breaking and entering and arson.

Fire investigators said the fire was started about 5:50 a.m. Thursday in two locations. Police said Mr. Cunningham removed property from the clubhouse and then set it on fire.

He remains in custody at the Hamilton County Justice Center.
