Staying In

        • Platinum Hits 2000 (Columbia; $18.98 CD, $12.98 cassette) plays a bit loose with the title, including Ricky Martin's hit of last year, “Livin' La Vida Loca,” along with songs by Destiny's Child (“Say My Name”), Lauryn Hill (“Doo Wop”) and Santana (“Maria Maria”).

        • Rapper Mack 10 drops Paper Route (Priority; $17.98 CD, $11.98 cassette) with help from Too Short, Youngblood, Timbaland and Xzibit.

And, this being Martha, there are instructions for three how-to projects included.
