               TV picks: The show not to miss is One Day in September, the Oscar-winning documentary about the murder of 11 Israeli athletes by Palestinian terrorists during the 1972 Munich Olympics (8-9:30 p.m., HBO). The film includes an interview with the last remaining hostage-taker.

        • TV critic John Kiesewetter says On Our Own Terms: Moyers on Dying looks at Dr. Diane Meier's palliative care (comfort-based) program for the dying (9-10:30 p.m., Channels 48, 54, 16). Channel 48 follows with a Focus 48 about Tristate hospice (10:30).

        Web site of the day: Speakout.com allows users to create petitions and letters on public issues and promises to deliver them to the elected officials you choose. But participants have to register, and there are some prying questions about income and occupation. It's at www.speakout.com.
