Holdup nets 46 months
The Cincinnati Enquirer
An 18-year-old Hamilton man was sentenced to 46 months in federal prison Thursday for his part in the robbery of the First National Bank in West Chester Township in April.
Phillip Vinson was fined $1,000, and after his prison sentence will serve three years of supervised release, U.S. Attorney Sharon J. Zealey and Robert Burnham, special agent in charge of the Cincinnati Division of the FBI, said in a joint statement.
Mr. Vinson and Tiffany Billingsley, 21, Hamilton, entered guilty pleas to robbing the bank on Princeton-Glendale Road. All the money was recovered.
On Aug. 3, Ms. Billingsley was sentenced to 48 months in prison and fined $2,000.
