Thiel 13, Thomas More 12

GREENVILLE, Pa. — Thiel's Rennie Gash scored on a 3-yard-run with less than six minutes left in the game, but the margin of victory turned out to be two botched conversion tries by Thomas More.

T.J. Waters had two touchdowns for Thomas More, a 12-yard catch and a 2-yard run both in the third quarter, and he led all receivers with 94 yards on 7 catches.

But Anton Edwards botched the extra point kick after the first score and Jesse Lowrey failed to run in a 2-point conversion after Waters' second score.
