LEBANON — A 19-year-old Kettering man who tried to rob a BP station in Springboro with his cousin was sent to prison Friday for seven years.

        A jury convicted Joshua Leggett of aggravated robbery in July.

        Mr. Leggett's 17-year-old cousin, Mike Jenkins, of Dayton, who pleaded guilty to aggravated robbery, received the same sentence last month.

        The May 24 robbery was foiled when BP clerk Steve Holland pulled out his own handgun and fired, wounding Mr. Jenkins.
