Ohio man faces murder charge in brother's shooting death
The Cincinnati Enquirer
A Dublin, Ohio, man was indicted Thursday on charges of shooting his brother to death during an argument.
Matthew Gray, 46, is charged with aggravated murder and kidnapping in the death of Daniel Gray, 55. Prosecutors say Matthew Gray went to his brother's Forest Park house on Oct. 5 to discuss a crane that had been stolen from in front of their father's house.
They say Matthew Gray shot his brother five times. At one point, prosecutors say, he stopped shooting, left the room and then returned to shoot his brother again.
Mr. Gray faces 33 years to life in prison if he is convicted.
