Newport CC scored with 45 seconds to play on a nine-yard pass from Jeff Smith to Andy Brennenstuhl to take a 20-16 lead.

        After the kickoff went through the end zone, Berkley completed three-of-five passes for 45 yards to three different receivers before connecting with Gullett for the game winner.

        Berkley finished 14-of-23 for 151 yards on the game with one rushing and one passing touchdown. James Delaney added 97 yards rushing on 24 carries and a touchdown for Bellevue.

        Smith finished 13-of-19 for 232 yards.
