Man, 64, accused of selling meth
The Cincinnati Enquirer
A 64-year-old Gallatin County, Ky., man is in jail, facing a federal charge of distributing 50.62 grams of methamphetamine. According to a federal criminal complaint unsealed this week in U.S. District Court in Covington, Aundis Davis of Glencoe told an FBI informant that he could sell him some white stuff and crystals for $1,200 an ounce or $300 for an eight ball.
On Oct. 11, while under surveillance, the informant gave Mr. Davis $2,200 in marked $100 bills, the complaint says.
Officials said the informant received 50.62 grams of meth. Later that night, Mr. Davis was questioned at his home. He turned over the $2,200, they said.
Mr. Davis faces five years in prison and a $2 million fine if convicted. He is at the Campbell County Jail.
