Son charged with killing mother
The Associated Press
NORTH OLMSTED, Ohio Police Tuesday charged a slain woman's 18-year-old son with aggravated murder in her stabbing death.
Sandra Power, 49, was found dead in the kitchen of her condominium Monday by another son, who went to check on her when he could not reach her, North Olmsted police said.
Power's body had knife wounds and signs of strangulation, said Wayne Wozniak, a police captain.
Wozniak said Christopher Power was arrested Monday and the charge was filed Tuesday.
