WILDER — Betsy Moore's goal with seven minutes remaining in regulation Saturday broke a scoreless tie and gave the Northern Kentucky University women's soccer team a 1-0 victory over Mercyhurst (Pa.) College in the NCAA Division II quarterfinals.

        NKU, 20-1-2 and ranked No.4, advances to the Division II Final Four for the second straight season.

        Moore (McAuley High) scored her 14th goal this season with an assist from Jeanna Martin. Lauren Piening (Anderson) recorded the shutout with two saves.

        NKU plays No.1 Barry (Fla.) University Dec.1 in the semifinals at a site to be announced Monday.
