Man who tortured girl gets 55 years in prison

FINDLAY, Ohio A man convicted of torturing a 13-year-old and leaving her buried in an underground pipe was sentenced Wednesday to 55 years in prison.
Judge Joseph Niemeyer of Hancock County Common Pleas Court sentenced Nathan Graham, 23, to one year less than the maximum on each charge.
Mr. Graham was sentenced on charges of attempted murder, rape, felonious assault, kidnapping, having weapons under disability and using a gun.
Mr. Graham, of Rawson, is appealing.
