Cyclones 3, Utah 2
SALT LAKE CITY, Utah Gilbert Dionne scored a shorthanded goal and the game winner in the shootout as the Cincinnati Cyclones defeated the Utah Grizzlies Saturday night, 3-2.
This was the first shootout victory in three tries this season for the Cyclones. Brian Felsner also scored a shootout goals to give Cincinnati their second victory in the last three contests.
Corey Hirsch won his second straight game in goal by stopping 34 shots.
Cincinnati (11-12-2) remains two points behind third-place Orlando for in the IHL East.
