Rockettes: The 22 high-kicking dancers the Olympics of precision strut cut back to one show of the Radio City Christmas Spectacular because, well, it's Christmas Eve. At Rosie's: The eclectic tavern tucked on a back street in Covington's MainStrasse Village rocks the block when it hosts the popular Annette Shepherd Band pounding out a diverse songlist full of everything from Cole Porter to the Indigo Girls. TV picks: (Radio, too) Sonic Seasonings: WXVU-FM (91.7) is all over the board today with the most diverse program you're likely to hear this year: Celtic seasonal favorites by Jeff Johnson and Brian Dunning, environmental soundscapes for flute and zither by Dean and Duley Evenson; Russian folk songs and Hanukkah hymns by pianist Ira Stein and vocalist Irina Mikhailova; synthesized space music by the highly regarded composer John Serrie. The holiday sweet treat runs 10 p.m.-midnight.
