Queen City Conference games




        Western Hills imporved to 9-0 in the QCC with a 75-59 win over Woodward.

        Danny Horace scored 24 points and had 14 rebounds for West Hi while Malcolm Andrews added 10 assists and 19 points.

        BJ Walker paced the Bulldogs with 18 points.

        • Hughes 59, Walnut Hills 54 — Eight free throws during the final 1:30 of the game, coupled with Muneer Salaam's jump shot, rallied the Big Red past the Eagles.

        Salaam scored a game-high 16 points and pulled off eight rebounds while Derrick Solomon added 15 points and eight rebounds for the Big Red.

        The Senators had three players with big games. Norell Williams scored 11 points and grabbed 14 rebounds, Raymond Huff scored 17 points and grabbed eight rebounds, and Anthony Lynch scored 16 points and grabbed seven rebounds.
