Stretch series: Here's something you don't usually see in a library: Stretching, grunting and groaning. But you will when chiropractor and personal trainer Brian McMaster shows simple moves to increase flexibility and strength. It's all body-part specific, too, so you can zero in on whatever's causing the trouble. First topic: neck and shoulders. 7 p.m. today, Mondays through Feb. 26, Milford-Miami Township, 1099 Ohio 131. Call for reservation. 248-0700.
