        Rodeo: Slip into some chaps and a nice pair of spurs for this one. Maybe yell geehaw while you're at it. Then watch some of the country's top cowboys compete in bull riding, calf roping, barrel racing and heaven only knows what else in the Longhorn World Championship Rodeo.         Ballet: Romeo and Juliet ask again what light through yonder window breaks. Turns out it's the spotlight on the love-smitten pair's choreographed makeover, Cincinnati Ballet's new take on the classic tale.         Auto Expo: Shoppers looking for new cars, or just to slobber on shiny new buckets of tin, need to try the Cincinnati Enquirer/Cincinnati Post Auto Expo, cream of the new crop from more than 35 manufacturers along with concept cars and motorcycles. 11 a.m.-10 p.m. today, continuing through Sunday, Albert B.         TV picks:Those hip Powerpuff Girls pay tribute to the Beatles in a half-hour episode laden with references to the Fab Four that kids' parents will dig (9 p.m., Cartoon Network).

        • TV Critic John Kiesewetter also says Save Our History: Frontier Homes looks at efforts to construct log, sod, adobe and post-and-beam homes (10 p.m., History Channel).
