The Northern Kentucky men's basketball team on Thursday lost its 14th consecutive game at Kentucky Wesleyan, 80-57.
NKU hasn't beaten Kentucky Wesleyan at Owensboro Sportscenter since 1988.
NKU, ranked 15th in Division II, shot 33 percent from the field in the first half, and No.5 Kentucky Wesleyan shot 56.8 percent to lead 45-23 at the half. Ronald Evans scored 15 of his game-high 19 points in the first half for the Panthers.
Todd Clark (Holy Crass) led NKU with 12 points and Craig Sanders (McNicholas) scored 10. NKU falls to 21-5 (12-5 Great Lakes Valley Conference), and Kentucky Wesleyan improves to 20-3 (14-3 GLVC).
