CCD beats Seven Hills for sectional title

Cincinnati Country Day, the second seed, beat Seven Hills 52-47 Saturday for the Division IV sectional title at Waynesville.
Clutch free throw shooting by Stefanie Reiber (17 points) and Natalie Geier, who combined to make eight of 12 in the fourth quarter, helped push CCD over the top.
Ashley Baker added 12 points for the Indians. Tyler McIlwraith scored 12 points for Seven Hills.
Seven Hills, trailing 28-22 at halftime, had tied the game early in the fourth quarter.

Lauren Conners led Summit with 13 points.
