Chat about Cincinnati Diet Wednesday
The Cincinnati Enquirer
Have questions about weight loss, nutrition and obesity? We will have the answers Wednesday.
The Enquirer hosts its first live Internet chat to give readers more information about weight loss, health and the Cincinnati Diet, a weight-loss plan designed in cooperation with the Jewish Hospital Weight Management Center in Evendale. The diet is a low-fat, balanced meal plan that allows you to lose weight and still eat at some of your favorite Cincinnati restaurants.
