Wendy's, Tim Hortons joint venture planned

DUBLIN, Ohio Wendy's International Inc. plans a joint venture with Ireland's Iaws Group to make a larger variety of baked goods available to its Tim Hortons coffee-and-doughnut chain.
Wendy's said Tuesday it expects the partnership to produce more fresh products for Tim Hortons customers.
Iaws is the parent of food service company Cuisine de France, which will provide Tim Hortons with baguettes and specialty breads beginning in late 2002.
