Free cabs for safety on St. Pat's

Cincinnati's St. Patrick's Day parade will begin at 11 a.m. todayon Eggleston Avenue, go west on Seventh Street, south on Broadway, west on Sixth Street, south on Vine and east on Fifth Street to Eggleston.
Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) and AAA Cincinnati remind Cincinnati area partygoers to rely on Care Cab when it comes to celebrations involving alcohol. MADD is also calling on party hosts, restaurants and bars to serve alcohol responsibly during the holiday weekend.
Care Cab service will provide a free cab ride to people who feel unable to drive safely and who live within the Interstate 275 loop. Individuals can call 768-FREE (3733) from public establishments in Boone and Kenton counties in Kentucky and Hamilton and Clermont counties in Ohio.
Care Cab will be available beginning at noon today through Sunday midnight.
Cab service is being provided by Yellow Cab Co., Checker Cab and Around the Clock Cab in Cincinnati, and Community Cab in Northern Kentucky.
