Man surrenders to police for Price Hill store robbery

A man suspected of robbing a Family Dollar store in Price Hill turned himself in to police Thursday.
Dempsey Dejanette, 26, was charged with aggravated robbery for the March 12 heist at the Enright Avenue store.
He also faces a felony parole violation charge.
Police continue to investigate similar robberies at other stores: Kmart, Colerain Township, Jan. 26; Family Dollar, Westwood, Jan. 30; Family Dollar, College Hill, March 3; and Valley Thrift, Evendale, March 23.
Police ask anyone with information about the four other robberies to call Spec. Roger Robbins at 352-3542 or Crime Stoppers at 352-3040.
