TV ad contraptions perform robbery, not miracles
By Dave Patania

Question: What do you think about those machines that are supposed to build muscle by sending a small electric current into the body? Have you seen the advertisements and what do you think?
Answer: Save your money, my friend, and start a consistent routine of exercise and proper nutrition. Keep your body moving, eat healthy, do it consistently and you will see results.
The only sure thing about contraptions like that is that they are sure to separate you from your money. No matter what kind of infomercial machines that are invented (or dreamed up out of momentary insanity) a sure-fire, inexpensive way to ensure good health is to get exercise (30-60 minutes at least 3 days per week) and proper nutrition.
If you are a beginner, start off slowly and work your way up to longer durations and intensities. Basic exercise is a great foundation from which to start. Then work your way up.
