Friends of the family of Timothy Thomas, the man shot by a Cincinnati police officer Saturday, are collecting money to pay for his funeral and support his baby son.

        Contributions can be sent to the Timothy Thomas Memorial Fund, Fifth Third Bank, Account #41590289. Donations also will be accepted at any Fifth Third branch.
