Who does this 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. curfew affect?

Every adult and child in the city limits.

        Can I go to and from work?

Yes.

        Can I go out to dinner?

No.

        Can I leave for the movies, grocery store or salon?

No.

        It is Holy Week. Can I go to church?

No.

        If there is an emergency, can I go to the hospital or the doctor?

Yes.

        What will happen to me if I am caught by police during curfew hours?

You will be charged with a first-degree misdemeanor of either curfew violation or violation of an emergency order. Both are punishable by a maximum of six months in jail or a $1,000 fine. There is also a provision that allows up to a $5,000 fine for organized groups that violate the curfew.
