The aircraft is a 14-passenger, twin-engine jet operated by Wilkinson Flying Service. General Electric Capital Corp. has a $2.8 million loan on the aircraft, but the remainder of the sale price will go to creditors.
The condominium at Vine Center will be sold to horseman William Perretti for $164,800, including a Realtor's fee of $4,800. Mr. Wilkinson's attorney, Robert J. Brown of Lexington, said Mr. Perretti made an acceptable unsolicited offer for the property, which had not been listed for sale.
U.S. Bankruptcy Judge William Howard said the sale will go forward unless he receives an objection by noon Wednesday. Attorneys for the creditors said in court Monday that they agree with the proposed sales but wanted a brief period to review the prices.
