• Dr. Charles Miller, an orthopedic surgeon who has served Greater Cincinnati's eastern communities for more than 12 years, has joined Wellington Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine. Dr. Miller will provide general orthopedic care, including joint replacement and arthroscopic surgery. He received his medical degree from Ohio State University and completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at the Naval Hospital in Portsmouth, Va.

        • Keith A. Hock has joined Arthur Andersen as business consulting manager in the regional litigation consulting group. Mr. Hock graduated from Miami University in 1991 with a bachelor's degree in accountancy and economics. He spent the first year of his career in the commercial audit division of Arthur Andersen. In 1992, he began work in Arthur Andersen's litigation services group.

        • Richard Kjellstrom has been appointed general manager at Beckett Ridge Country Club in West Chester Township.

        • Bill Mann has been named production sales manager at PPS Group, Cincinnati. Mr. Mann will be responsible for developing new business in the area of high-quality visual communications for corporations nationwide. He graduated from Ohio University in 1993, where he received a bachelor's degree in communications. He was regional account manager for Curtis Inc., Cincinnati.
