Cincinnati boys track highlights




        Purcell Marian senior Jerald Cooper will make a trip to state after finishing fourth in the 100 in 11.6 seconds at the district mneet in Dayton.

        Madeira's Bret Underwood placed second in the shot put to advance with a throw of 50 feet, 9 inches.

        Mariemont's 400-meter relay team finished four-tenths of a second behind Dayton Dunbar. Mariemont ran a 43.9.

        “We beat Dunbar in the prelims. We didn't run our best race today,” anchor leg Davian Shorts said.
