The Enquirer sports department's look at who rated — good and bad — this week in sports:

Top five         1. The Cubs: They shut out the Reds on Thursday so we don't have to hear about that silly record anymore. A lineup with Deion Sanders, Donnie Sadler, Juan Castro, Kelly Stinnett and Ruben Rivera shouldn't be setting offensive records.         2. The Lakers: Give them the big trophy now. You put David Robinson and Tim Duncan on the eventual Eastern Conference winner, and they might have a chance. Might.         3. Indy 500: The Greatest Spectacle in Racing isn't what it used to be. But a day on the infield is still one of the best days in sports.         4. Tony Stewart: He's going to drive 1,100 miles today. On second thought, that's no big deal. We went from Cincinnati to Daytona in a day — and we did it with five guys in the car.         5. Barry Bonds: At the rate he's going, he'll have more home runs than the Reds by September.

Bottom five         1. Deion: We hate to kick a guy when he's down to .140-something, but it's time to give it up. Michael Jordan couldn't do it. Neither can you. Go back to football and wrap up the Hall of Fame career.         2. Junior's hamstring: Who would have thought one muscle could ruin a whole summer of baseball? But it's beginning to look that way in River City.         3. Darnay Scott: There was an uproar in Bengals Land when he skipped some voluntary workouts. Whoa, folks. It seems Scott got a lot better when he got hurt. Sure, he's fast. But he drops passes and sometimes doesn't bother to extend his arms to try catch them.         4. Taste of Cincinnati: The organizers ticked off area runners by canceling the 5K race that has been part of Taste. They said it interfered with Taste. How? The race was at 10 a.m.         5. Bud Selig: We're going to blame him for the Reds' schedule. Our beef? The Reds don't play in Wrigley or Pittsburgh's PNC Park on a weekend all summer long.
